FIVE TEAMS. NINETY DAYS OF TEAM INTELLIGENCE AT NO COST, including full human support and no commitment past the ninety days. The science underneath is twenty-five years old. The AI guide on top of it, Clara, is one. Before you read any further — or apply — try the platform for yourself, right now.
JUST 5 TEAMS UP TO 12 PEOPLE – 90 DAYS FREE
Take the four-minute MindTime profile, receive your three personal reports, and meet your Personal guide, Clara. Then step into Nordexia, our demo team, for the team-level experience: the cognitive map, the team reports, and Team Clara herself. The personal layer is yours. The team layer is illustrated through Nordexia.
The MindTime framework has been used in team building for over twenty years — in workshops, offsites, and leadership programmes, almost always with a trained facilitator in the room. Clara, the AI guide built on the framework, launched in 2025. Until now, the way framework and guide have come together for a team has been through a session run by one of us humans on the core team.
Whether a team leader can put Team Intelligence to work on their own team, directly, with Clara as the guide. You would be partners in answering a real question.
We get to find out how good Clara really is at helping teams. You get: ninety days of the full platform, hands-on support throughout, and the before-and-after measure of what changed in your team. No cost. No obligation past the ninety days.
Applications open through Tuesday 16 June. We are moving at the speed of AI — by design — and we will slow to meet your needs but cannot stop. Apply only if your team can match that pace.
Full access to the platform, full support throughout, no commitment beyond your participation. Here is what that actually includes.
Clara is the AI guide built into Team Intelligence. She launched in 2025 and is shaped by twenty-five years of MindTime research, hundreds of team deployments — and by the actual cognitive composition and context of your team. She is not a chatbot, she is a thinking partner who gets to know you and your people. The flavour of the conversation, by way of illustration:
“How am I likely to be misread by people who think differently to me?”
“I have a hard conversation tomorrow. How do I prepare given how I think?
“What energises me, what drains me, and why?”
“We have been stuck on this decision for three meetings. What’s happening in the room cognitively?”
“A new person joins next week. How do we onboard them given our team’s shape?”
“Where is our blind spot, and how do we work with it?”
The facilitator queried Clara mid-session, drawing on the group’s MindTime profiles. Three members were Future-Possibility dominant. One was a strong Past-Certainty thinker who needed proof and precedent before moving. The fifth was a Present-Probability thinker caught between them. Clara didn’t just name it — she scripted the intervention, with exact language and a role for each person.
"You have three strong Future thinkers trying to fly the plane to 2028. And you have one strong Past thinker who is checking if we have enough fuel and if the runway is paved. You aren't disagreeing on the goal. You are disagreeing on the starting point."
The facilitator shared the framing with the group. Naming the cognitive collision broke the deadlock. The quietest person in the room — the Present-Probability thinker — moved from the periphery to the centre through the role she was assigned. For the rest of the offsite, the facilitator added MindTime profiles to the name cards as a persistent visual reference.
Everything is set up and ready to move. The dates below are the latest each milestone arrives — if your team is ready sooner, so are we. The three-month period runs 4 July through 4 September.
| Now → 16 June | Apply below. Soft deadline: Tuesday 16 June. | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| 16 – 19 June | We confirm participating teams. Team leaders receive the onboarding package — simple instructions and the team intake questionnaire (team and organisational context). | ||
| Week of 22 June | Optional 30-minute call with MindTime, if you have any questions or concerns about the package. | ||
| By 26 June | Team leader returns the completed intake questionnaire and team member email addresses. About 30 minutes of work. | ||
| By 3 July | Team members complete their MindTime profile (four minutes each) and the first team competency survey. | ||
| 4 July → 4 September | Three months of Team Intelligence begins. Your team's cognitive map, diagnostic report, and development plan are generated 4 July. | You run your first team session within about two weeks of 6 July | — we are reachable throughout if you have questions. |
| Week 4 – 5 | A standing 15-minute check-in with you, the team leader — a chance to talk through how it is going. | ||
| Mid-August | The same team competency survey again, at the midpoint, so you can see movement while there is still time to act on it. | ||
| 4 September | The final team competency survey. You see what changed across all three points. No obligation past this point. | ||
🤝 As team leader, you agree to be the liaison — following up with team members who haven’t completed their profile, engaging with the platform yourself, showing up to the support sessions, and telling us honestly what is working and what is not. The platform is the deliverable; your candour is the research.
⏱️ Your team’s total ask across the full three months is small: a four-minute MindTime profile, and a short team-competency survey at the start and the same survey again at the end. Roughly ten minutes per person, total.
🌍 Teams of up to fifteen people. Any sector, any geography. We are selecting teams that are genuinely motivated — not just curious, but ready to work with what they find.
One note on pace. We are moving at the speed of AI — by design. We will slow to meet your team’s real needs, but we cannot stop. Apply only if you can match that.
Submit your application by Tuesday 16 June. You’ll hear from us either way by Friday 19 June — selected teams receive their onboarding package that same week.
Only five teams join this pilot, and we expect more strong applications than places. If yours isn’t one of them, this isn’t the end of the road: everyone who applies becomes part of our founding group for the self-serve launch by early August — first in line for it, at a founding rate.
Applications open through Tuesday 16 June. After that, the package goes out and the work begins.
